Sales Executive – Luxury Watches

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our luxury watch boutique in Kuwait. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting client relationships, and represent our prestigious watch collections with expertise and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalized, high‑quality service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing wish lists, reservations, and follow‑ups.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of luxury watch collections, product features, warranties, and after‑sales services.
• Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain the boutique’s visual standards, ensuring displays are clean and well‑presented.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory control, and product replenishment.
• Secure and handle luxury watches according to brand protocols.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Support the Boutique Manager with additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail, watches, jewellery, or fashion (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Current residency in Kuwait with a transferable residency (Article 18).
