Sales Lady – Bakery Retail (Full‑Time)

About the role
We are a well‑established bakery seeking a friendly and professional Sales Lady to join our front‑of‑house team. The role involves interacting with customers, promoting our range of baked goods, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers, answer queries and provide excellent service.
- Promote and sell bakery, pastry and confectionery products.
- Maintain product displays and keep the shop clean and organized.
- Handle cash and process payments using the POS system.
- Upsell items to meet daily sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Filipino or Asian nationality.
- Pleasant appearance and professional attitude.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, preferably in a bakery or confectionery setting.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle customers politely.
Required skills
- POS system operation.
