Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies for assigned market segments. Working closely with a dynamic sales team, the role focuses on building long‑term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning the company’s products or services as preferred solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with senior executives and departmental leaders to deliver high‑quality client service and achieve revenue targets.
• Design, implement and monitor sales action plans, ensuring they exceed predefined objectives.
• Negotiate pricing, quotes and terms for both transient and group business, securing optimal conditions for the company.
• Generate and nurture sales leads to expand market share and brand presence.
• Maintain organized records of major accounts and ensure compliance with selling strategies during negotiations.
• Identify upselling opportunities and drive additional revenue where possible.
• Develop relationships with key decision‑makers to foster long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing to tailor promotional materials and campaigns for target segments.
• Monitor industry trends, policies and regulations, providing insights to refine sales tactics.
• Analyse sales performance regularly, pinpointing improvement areas and implementing corrective actions.
• Operate in a safe, environmentally‑friendly manner and adhere to company EHS policies.
