Sales Specialist – Outdoor Client-Facing Role

About the role

Seven Force MENA is seeking an ambitious Sales Specialist for its Kuwait branch. This outdoor sales position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long‑term partnerships. The role requires confident client interactions and a consistent drive to meet monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across various industries in Kuwait.
• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals and market research.
• Conduct outdoor client visits and face‑to‑face business meetings.
• Present Seven Force MENA’s services and solutions professionally.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate internal teams to develop proposals.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales process from contact to closing.
• Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development or account acquisition.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, digital, media or creative agencies is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Target‑oriented with a proven record of meeting monthly sales objectives.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driving licence, own a car and willingness to work primarily outdoors.
• Transferable Kuwait residency/visa.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
