Sales Supervisor – Co-Ops (Kuwait)

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as a Sales Supervisor for Co-Ops in Kuwait. You will drive growth across value, volume and price while leading a sales team to achieve key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve customer growth targets (value, volume, price) with added value per customer.
• Lead the team to maximize sales and numeric distribution by category using KPIs such as TEAM RTM, SOS, NTE, Perfect Store, and item‑by‑customer.
• Expand customer relationships by proposing solutions aligned with their objectives.
• Develop and monitor in‑store visibility plans in coordination with the sales team and customers.
• Create weekly, quarterly and annual marketing plans in line with trade‑marketing strategy.
• Monitor sales team performance, conduct monthly L6 meetings and implement development plans.
• Negotiate annual contracts ensuring win‑win outcomes and increasing M2S through regular sales and promotions.
• Ensure company price strategy for each SKU is applied in the market.
• Track campaign execution per contract and manage flyer planning without conflicts.
• Review market share across the channel using AC Nelson results.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or a related field.
• 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
