Sales Team Leader – Industrial Services & Technical Solutions

About the role

A full-time Sales Team Leader is sought to lead business development across Kuwait's industrial sector. The role covers developing new business, managing key customers, leading the sales team and driving revenue growth in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Water, Marine and Industrial sectors. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with technical knowledge of industrial maintenance and engineering services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve growth targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Identify and secure new clients and projects
• Conduct technical and commercial presentations
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions
• Maintain relationships with maintenance managers, engineers and procurement teams
• Support contract negotiations and business expansion initiatives
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• 7+ years of industrial sales experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid Kuwait driving licence preferred
