Technical Sales Engineer - Industrial Solutions

About the role

A Technical Sales Engineer is sought by Special Works Division to support its growth in industrial maintenance, repair and engineering services. The role combines technical expertise with business development and involves regular customer interaction, site visits, inspections and proposal preparation. It is based in East Ahmadi, Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and technical assessments.
• Identify customer requirements and maintenance opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Support tender submissions and technical documentation.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with operations and workshop teams.
• Build long-term customer relationships and support sales growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, engineering services or technical sales.
• Experience in oil & gas, power generation, petrochemicals, water & utilities or heavy industry.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence preferred.
