SAP Program Manager

About the role

An experienced SAP Program Manager is needed to lead multi‑million‑dollar S/4HANA transformation programmes for customers in Kuwait and the wider Middle East. This board‑facing position requires strategic oversight, risk management and strong commercial acumen while coordinating distributed teams across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and offshore locations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full programme lifecycle from assessment and design through build, deployment, hyper‑care and transition to support.
• Establish and enforce programme governance, reporting and decision frameworks.
• Coordinate functional streams (Finance, MM, HR, SCM) and technical streams (Integration, Data, Security).
• Manage a hybrid delivery model with onsite, near‑shore and offshore resources.
• Lead risk management, dependency tracking and mitigation activities.
• Align senior stakeholders (CFO, HR, Procurement) and drive steering‑committee governance.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and readiness at each phase‑gate.
• Plan and execute cut‑over, deployment strategy and go‑live activities.
• Oversee transition to AMS/support model after go‑live.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of experience delivering large SAP transformation programmes.
• At least three full‑cycle S/4HANA implementation leadership roles.
• Proven experience in Middle‑East programmes, preferably aviation or public sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage distributed/hybrid delivery models.
• Strong capability to align multiple senior stakeholders and manage high‑stakes programmes.
• Based in Kuwait.
