SAP Programme Lead – ERP & DMS Transformation

About the role

The client, a leading programme and project management consultancy, seeks a senior SAP Programme Lead to drive a four‑year enterprise transformation in Kuwait. The role combines strategic leadership, governance, and delivery oversight for SAP ERP and Dealer Management System (DMS) implementation across a complex automotive business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and governance for the SAP ERP and DMS transformation programme.
• Establish and manage programme governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery controls.
• Lead steering committees, executive stakeholder engagement and serve on the Programme Change Advisory Board.
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, issues and escalation processes.
• Plan, facilitate and lead workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions and define future‑state operating models.
• Coordinate activities across business users, implementation partners, vendors and internal IT teams.
• Monitor progress, ensure milestones are achieved and align delivery with clean‑core SAP principles.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading large‑scale SAP ERP and DMS transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage governance structures and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management capabilities.
• Experience delivering workshops and translating outcomes into actionable plans.
• Willingness to work on a 3‑weeks on‑site / 1‑week home rotation with full travel and accommodation support.
