Techno-Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations

About the role

Baker Tilly is looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations, working onsite in Kuwait. The role analyzes, designs, configures, automates, supports and continuously improves the implementation of Dynamics 365 Project Operations in line with the firm's approved project and engagement management cycle, supporting automation and optimization of project, contract, resource, time, expense, billing, revenue, cost and profitability processes.

• Carry out testing and implementation
• Build reports and dashboards
• Deliver training, support, documentation and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• At least five years of practical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP/business applications, with proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage, especially Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power BI Data Analyst, Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer

• Configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Knowledge of project lifecycle, engagement, contract, resource, time, expense, billing, costing, revenue and profitability processes
• Project accounting, budgets, estimates, actuals and financial controls
• Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
• System integration, data migration, validation and synchronization issues
• Requirements, specifications, test scripts, UAT documents, user guides and configuration documentation
• User roles, security permissions, data access, segregation of duties and system controls
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, training, documentation and prioritization skills
