About the role
Foreground is partnering with a healthcare services provider in Kuwait to hire an IT Manager. The role leads digital systems, infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives across clinics and hospitals, on a full-time, on-site basis.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks and digital applications.
- Lead digital transformation and the implementation of healthcare systems.
- Manage data security, compliance and business continuity frameworks.
- Partner with medical and administrative leaders to optimise IT solutions.
- Manage IT budgets, vendors and technical teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 8+ years of IT experience, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
