Security Supervisor I

About the role

The Security Supervisor I will work closely with the Security Supervisor to ensure a safe and secure environment across the facility. This position provides essential support in planning, monitoring, and responding to security activities, helping to maintain a visible and effective security presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Security Supervisor in overseeing daily security operations.
• Help schedule shifts, assign tasks, and plan patrol routes to guarantee optimal coverage.
• Support access‑control procedures and continuous monitoring of security systems.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential breaches and detect incidents promptly.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches according to established protocols.
• Coordinate incident response and liaise with law‑enforcement or emergency services when required.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in a security role, preferably with the Ministry of Interior, the Army, or a similar organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and make rational decisions under pressure.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of security equipment and technology.
