Senior Cybersecurity Consultant – Risk & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to lead risk, compliance, and advisory engagements across multiple industry sectors. The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to design, assess, and improve security governance and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity risk assessments, risk quantification, and security maturity evaluations.
• Develop and implement security governance frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and relevant regulations.
• Conduct audits, control assessments, compliance reviews, and security configuration checks.
• Support clients with regulatory compliance, gap analysis, remediation planning, and third‑party risk management.
• Perform privacy assessments, data‑protection reviews, and assist privacy‑management initiatives.
• Execute business continuity reviews, disaster‑recovery testing, cyber‑resilience exercises, and simulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CIOs, and senior management on risk mitigation and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in proposal development, RFP responses, and the expansion of advisory service offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of security governance, risk, and compliance practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
