Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Dasman Bilingual School is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Finance Manager to join the leadership team in September 2026. Reporting directly to the CEO/Superintendent, the role acts as a strategic and trusted advisor, safeguarding the school’s financial integrity and supporting its long‑term objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial management and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the school’s mission and long‑term growth plans.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across all school functions.
• Ensure full compliance with Kuwait Ministry of Education regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Provide financial insight and advice to senior leadership to support decision‑making.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Significant experience in senior financial management, preferably within an educational or nonprofit environment.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing finance teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial governance.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to senior executives.
