Senior Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait City. The role oversees daily HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations and supporting workforce planning and recruitment. It also involves developing and maintaining job descriptions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and guiding managers on performance management and disciplinary procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and implement HR policies

• Advise managers on performance management and disciplinary procedures
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain HR records

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong foundation in HR and HR management, with experience leading HR operations
• Experience developing and maintaining HR policies aligned with organizational and legal requirements
• Employee relations experience, including conflict resolution, coaching and supporting an inclusive environment
• Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and HR best practices, preferably in creative or service-oriented industries
