Senior Odoo Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Accountant to lead our accounting function within the Odoo ERP environment. The successful candidate will combine solid accounting expertise with hands‑on experience in Odoo modules to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting, including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead Odoo implementation, configuration and optimisation of accounting modules.
• Generate customised financial reports and dashboards from Odoo.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, local tax regulations and support audit processes.
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants, reviewing their work for accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, CMA or ACCA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2‑3 years using Odoo ERP.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, tax regulations and audit procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
