Senior Officer - Training - Food and Beverages

About the role

The Senior Officer – Training will work closely with the Operations & Kitchen Team to design, organise and deliver food and beverage training programmes for leaders and staff across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs through internal audits, customer feedback analysis and develop a training calendar.
• Prepare and manage the annual training budget, maintain records of training activities and expenses.
• Design, organise and lead F&B‑specific training sessions such as suggestive selling, product knowledge, service standards and POS handling.
• Collaborate with Product Development and R&D to create training for new product launches.
• Maintain and update SOPs, onboarding materials and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the food and beverage industry with strong service standards.
• Previous training and development experience, able to conduct audits and create training plans.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to upholding safety, environmental and company policies.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
