About the role
The Service Advisor provides professional service to customers by accurately recording and organizing repair and maintenance work. The role aims to enhance customer retention and support long‑term sales of new vehicles.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand vehicle concerns, perform visual inspections and advise on required services using manufacturer recommendations.
- Create and assign repair orders in the Kerridge system, write clear technician instructions, and monitor job progress.
- Maintain daily contact with customers via Kerridge CRM, update them on vehicle status and costs, and ensure satisfaction after delivery.
- Escalate any complaints, unsatisfied customers, or repeat‑job issues to the Service Manager promptly.
Required profile
- University graduate or diploma in automobile engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Kerridge workshop management software.
