Service Desk Administrator (Secret Clearance)

About the role

The Service Desk Administrator provides front‑line IT support to customers worldwide, handling computer, printer and network issues. The role requires rapid decision‑making, detailed ticket management and excellent customer service, often in a secure environment requiring a secret clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond immediately to in‑person, phone, email or Remedy ticket requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite problems, including Army Gold Master/Universal Gold Master images.
• Configure and repair hardware, printers, and network connections at the desktop level.
• Join PCs to local domains and manage Microsoft Exchange Server accounts.
• Create, assign and monitor trouble tickets, reporting outages to the Network Operations Center.
• Monitor Tier 1/2 server performance using appropriate tools.
• Provide clear guidance to users on ticket submission and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Ability to obtain and maintain a host‑nation visa and driver’s licence for Kuwait.
• Secret clearance eligibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Windows operating systems (including Gold Master images).
• Microsoft Office Suite.

• Remedy ticketing system.
• Hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Printer configuration.

• Domain joining (Active Directory).
