Service Rental & Replacement Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Service Rental & Replacement Sales Engineer to drive commercial and technical growth for a leading HVAC solutions provider in Kuwait. You will manage both temporary rental solutions and permanent turnkey replacement projects across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new sales opportunities for rental and turnkey replacement services throughout Kuwait.
• Promote cooling contingency plans for mission‑critical facilities and respond to emergency rental requests.
• Conduct facility surveys, develop retrofit proposals, and present lifecycle cost and ROI analyses.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, and hand over projects to execution teams.
• Monitor market trends, maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records, and collaborate with engineering, service, procurement and legal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4‑8 years of sales experience in commercial HVAC equipment, retrofit/replacement solutions or industrial HVAC rental services.
• Proven ability in consultative sales, contract negotiation and stakeholder management, with experience in the Kuwait market.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems: chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, controls and pumping systems.
• Estimation, tendering and scope‑definition capabilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence or transferable GCC licence.
