Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will be based in Kuwait City and will lead sales growth across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts and building long‑term relationships with corporate, government and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings, present ThinkSmart’s training portfolio and digital transformation offerings, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, coordinate with internal delivery teams and ensure successful project execution.
• Track sales performance, forecast revenue and provide market insights to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales activities with campaigns, certifications and new program launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional sales management, business development and account management within B2B or training/services environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic and regional market experience are highly beneficial.
• Willingness to travel across the Gulf and MENA region as needed.
