SOC Team Lead

About the role

Accenture Security is seeking a SOC Team Lead to drive end‑to‑end investigation, containment, and remediation of high‑severity security incidents. The role serves as the highest technical escalation point within the Security Operations Center and ensures robust incident management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end investigation, containment, and remediation of high‑severity and complex security incidents.
• Own real‑time incident triage governance, including queue health, escalation decisions, and handover quality.
• Apply advanced threat intelligence, threat hunting, and trend analysis to proactively identify emerging threats.
• Drive continuous SOC maturity through quality assurance of investigations, refinement of detection use cases, and improvement of playbooks, tooling, and response processes.
• Set investigation standards and provide authoritative technical direction to L1/L2 analysts during incidents and escalations.
• Coach and develop SOC analysts through case reviews, technical mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end investigations of high‑severity security incidents.
• Experience providing technical direction to L1/L2 analysts in a SOC environment.
• Strong understanding of incident triage governance and escalation processes.
