Software Developer – Ministry of Health Project

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join a private‑sector team working on a critical project for the Ministry of Health (MOH) in Kuwait. The role focuses on backend development and ongoing support of existing enterprise applications.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based backend services using Spring Boot.
- Provide maintenance and support for legacy Oracle Forms 9i applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MOH systems.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer.
- Immediate availability for joining.
- Ability to work on a contract basis through a private company.
