Solutions Delivery Architect

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a Solutions Delivery Architect to join its Professional Services team. In this position you will act as the design authority for customer solutions, ensuring they meet functional, security and operational standards from post‑sale design through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire post‑sale design journey, from requirements validation to User Acceptance Testing, acceptance and handover.
• Provide technical leadership to regional Professional Services teams across AI/ML‑powered automation, custom development, and low‑code/no‑code orchestration.
• Validate and authorize design changes during implementation to maintain solution integrity.
• Collaborate with the global Enterprise Architecture team to create and apply reference architectures and design patterns.

Required profile

• Proven track record designing and delivering global digital solutions across multiple client engagements.
• Specialist knowledge of Content and Information Management technologies.
• Strong customer‑engagement and influencing abilities within senior technical communities.
