Sr Principal Customer Enablement Specialist (Geologist)

About the role

As a Sr Principal Customer Enablement Specialist – Geologist, you will lead a Well Log Data Management project for a strategic Middle East customer, using AspenTech’s proprietary formation evaluation software. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high‑quality well log data and delivering advanced geological workflows that add measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site customer support for well log data management, including data collection, validation, and consolidation.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of field, processed, and interpreted well log data.
• Oversee petrophysical work, ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery.
• Generate composite logs and final LAS files containing all well log attributes.
• Troubleshoot technical and petrophysical issues using AspenTech software.
• Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and customers.
• Communicate contractual obligations and potential gaps to management.
• Collaborate with internal AspenTech functions to develop business opportunities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in geological and petrophysical data management.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers in a consulting capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior stakeholders.
