Stock Associate – Retail Operations

About the role

The Stock Associate supports the smooth operation of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle stores by maintaining optimal stock levels, receiving deliveries, and keeping the stockroom organized. This role ensures that products are ready for display and sale while adhering to company processes.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain shop floor, offices, stock rooms, and other store areas.
• Assemble products according to brand manuals and report any manufacturing defects.
• Attach barcodes to each product following company and brand guidelines.
• Check all stock received from warehouses, report discrepancies and defects to the manager.
• Monitor the stockroom, flag items not displayed on the shop floor, and coordinate with visual merchandising and management.
• Perform daily floor walks and replenish stock as directed.
• Support store activities such as promotions, mid‑season sales, and end‑of‑season sales.
• Label and relocate damaged stock to designated areas.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail or stock environment.
• Excellent to fluent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of RFID systems.
