Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially focused Store Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations and performance of one of our retail stores. You will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability, developing the store team, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the store to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key retail KPIs such as sales, ATV, UPT, conversion and productivity.
• Lead, motivate, coach and develop the store team while managing individual and overall store performance.
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, SOPs, audit requirements and brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, stock transfers, damages, returns and stock availability.
• Maintain stock‑loss targets and implement controls for theft prevention, refunds, exchanges, discounts and promotions.
• Partner with the visual merchandising team to maintain window displays, product presentation, store layout and overall brand image.
• Prepare staff schedules based on traffic, sales targets, promotions and store events.
• Oversee cash handling, POS operations, banking, payment reconciliation and related financial reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience within the fashion retail industry, with proven Store Manager or comparable retail leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance, stock management, shrinkage, budgeting and store profitability.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop retail teams and manage workforce planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Fashion, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with retail reporting systems and inventory management systems.
