Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager is responsible for flawless execution of store tasks, driving retail operations to maximize sales, profitability and stock management while delivering best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure resource availability to match customer flow and serve customers efficiently.
• Train and develop teams to meet customer requirements and enhance NPS.
• Oversee marketing, human capital and digital service execution in the store.
• Manage stock, shrinkage, waste and fresh‑food hygiene, quality and display.
• Monitor competition, suggest improvements and maintain store assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
• 5+ years relevant experience, including 2+ years in retail business.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and multitasking abilities.
