About the role

Key responsibilities

• Participate in cross‑functional rotations covering Commercial Planning, Sales Operations, Route‑to‑Market, Trade Marketing and Commercial Excellence.
• Deliver meaningful projects alongside senior leaders and potentially undertake an international assignment.

Required profile

• Graduate of a reputable university.
• Up to 4 years of experience in a multinational environment.
• Background in Commercial Planning, Sales Operations, Route‑to‑Market, Trade Marketing, Field Sales or Commercial Excellence.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Curious, agile and energized by fast‑paced change.
• Currently based in Kuwait with a valid residency and driving licence.
