About the role
The Store Manager will lead the Toys "R" Us outlet at Aventura Mall, driving sales performance while ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion targets through strategic planning and expense control.
- Manage inventory, loss‑prevention measures, stock movements, returns, exchanges and store maintenance.
- Recruit, hire, train and retain high‑quality associates; conduct weekly staff meetings and daily briefings.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, promotions, and a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1‑2 years of store‑manager experience with a proven record of sales and profit growth.
- Strong numeracy, literacy and business English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, SAP and report analysis.
- Leadership, team‑management and strategic execution abilities.
