Strategic Project Leader – Oil & Gas (PMP, ISO Certified)

About the role

The Strategic Project Leader will drive corporate studies to enhance the operating model, organisational structure and management processes of an oil and gas company. The role also oversees consultancy contracts, ISO compliance and enterprise risk management, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define problem statements, objectives and analyse current state for in‑house corporate studies.
• Develop target‑state recommendations, implementation road‑maps and present findings to senior leadership.
• Manage external consultancy engagements, from scope definition and bidding to project oversight, deliverable acceptance and payment processing.
• Lead end‑to‑end consultancy contract administration, including adjustments, claims and renewal planning.
• Maintain ISO documentation for the Corporate Studies team, coordinate audits and close findings.
• Develop and update the organisational Risk Register, facilitate risk workshops and produce risk reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, management, organisational development or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in corporate studies, project leadership or consultancy management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ISO auditor or risk‑management credentials are preferred.
