Student Experience Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Student Experience Manager to nurture the relationship with our Kuwaiti students from their first visit through graduation and beyond. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring they feel supported throughout their study journey in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Manage student community WhatsApp groups by intake and university, providing regular, engaging updates.
• Plan and execute events in Kuwait, including student gatherings and pre‑departure sessions.
• Travel to the UK to meet students on campus and gather feedback.
• Assist students in finding and securing summer accommodation.
• Source stories, testimonials and video ideas for the marketing team.
• Recruit, train and supervise student ambassadors for summer activities.

Required profile

• Studied abroad, preferably a UK graduate.
• Confident communicating with students and parents.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple group chats simultaneously.
• Willing to travel and work intensively from April to September (no vacations).
