Supply Chain & Procurement Executive – F&B

About the role

This full-time position in Kuwait covers supply chain and procurement for a food and beverage business. The role develops and implements strategic supply chain plans, optimizes costs and inventory, strengthens supplier relationships and ensures efficient, uninterrupted supply to operations. Candidates should have strong F&B industry experience, preferably in restaurants, food products or food service, with additional experience in retail or related businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations: procurement, sourcing, warehousing, logistics, inventory, demand planning and maintenance requirements.
• Lead local and international sourcing, including supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, onboarding and relationship management.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and secure competitive pricing, quality, lead times and service levels.
• Optimize inventory levels, improve stock availability, reduce wastage and minimize slow-moving and obsolete stock.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting with Operations, Finance and other departments.
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations for efficient, timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, spare parts, equipment and consumables for restaurant and operational activities.
• Identify and implement cost optimization and supply chain efficiency initiatives.
• Develop, monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs, management reports and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
• Currently based in Kuwait; open to all nationalities and genders.
• Strong, proven F&B experience is mandatory, preferably in restaurants, food products, food service or related businesses; retail experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, demand planning and maintenance-related procurement.
• Experience in local and international sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation and supplier relationship management.

Required skills

• Ability to prepare, analyze and present management reports, KPIs and business analysis.
• Knowledge of inventory control, demand planning, forecasting and supply chain efficiency improvement.
