Teaching Assistant in Electrical Engineering

About the role
Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, the Teaching Assistant will support instructors of assigned electrical engineering courses, assist capstone students, and contribute to special projects from the Dean’s Office. The role ensures efficient delivery of course content and laboratory activities.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver tutorial sessions and hold regular office hours for students.
- Assist in marking assignments, reports, and projects.
- Support laboratory sessions and manage open lab hours.
- Prepare course folder materials and related documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to capstone project teams.
- Assist with research projects and academic advising.
- Proctor examinations and perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
