About the role
The Team Leader – Grocery will ensure quality, range and freshness standards are met to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets in a hypermarket environment.
Key responsibilities
- Implement commercial policy for store pricing and manage product assortment.
- Negotiate internal promotions with suppliers and monitor NPS to drive improvements.
- Prepare stock reports, control out‑of‑stock situations, and manage replenishment orders.
- Reduce waste and shrinkage by overseeing initiatives and reporting.
- Identify slow‑moving items and drive sales before expiry.
- Maintain correct pricing and planogram compliance on displays.
Required profile
- Diploma in Commerce or Finance.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail operations.
- Customer‑service orientation with a pleasant disposition.
- Strong communication and people‑building skills.
- Detail‑oriented mindset.
