About the role
The Team Leader HHH is responsible for implementing quality, range and freshness standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets. The role includes motivating the team, addressing issues promptly, and coaching staff for high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and implement commercial policy for store pricing and product assortment.
- Negotiate internal promotions with suppliers and monitor NPS to improve service.
- Manage stock reports, replenishment orders, waste reduction and shrinkage control.
- Identify slow‑moving items and drive sales before expiry.
- Ensure correct pricing, planograms and display compliance.
Required profile
- Diploma in Commerce or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in retail operations.
- Pleasant, customer‑service oriented disposition.
- Clear communicator with strong people skills.
- Detail‑oriented.
