About the role
We are seeking an experienced Tendering / Fit-Out Engineer to join our team and enhance our bidding and cost‑estimation capabilities for interior fit‑out and construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Study tender documents, drawings and specifications to define project scope.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take‑offs and cost estimates.
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Compile technical and commercial proposals to a high presentation standard.
- Coordinate with project, procurement and design teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Track submission deadlines and maintain organised tender records.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural or related Engineering.
- 3‑5+ years of experience in tendering/estimation, preferably in fit‑out or interior construction.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing and quantity surveying.
- Familiarity with the Kuwait market is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
