Therapy Area Representative

About the role

The Therapy Area Representative drives customer interactions and sales performance for Novartis in Kuwait. Acting as the face of the customer experience approach, they build deep relationships that deliver value for customers and patients while ensuring compliant and ethical sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Meet business growth objectives within agreed budgets and timescales.
• Excel at execution of SFE KPIs.
• Implement marketing messages and strategic projects.
• Manage and engage TMEs through understanding their needs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally, communicate insights and share information.
• Perform account mapping activities.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant education.
• Solid understanding of the Kuwait market (mandatory).
• Oncology experience preferred; specialty experience a plus.
• Proven track record of successful performance.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation abilities.
• Experience in successfully managing and engaging TMEs.
