Therapy Area Representative

About the role

The Therapy Area Representative will join Novartis' Commercial Portfolio Team in Kuwait, supporting headquarters by executing field tactics for priority brands. The role focuses on high‑quality stakeholder engagement and delivering field performance objectives in line with company policies and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data‑driven field engagement and deliver tailored omnichannel interactions using digital tools.
• Promote products compliantly, aligned with brand strategy and therapeutic area priorities.
• Act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, communicating clinical evidence, product value, and appropriate use.
• Leverage “next best action” insights and digital platforms to maximise engagement impact.
• Capture and share field insights on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform strategy and territory planning.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally while maintaining full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant education in a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of the Kuwait market (preferred).
• Proven track record of successful performance in a similar role.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to execute omnichannel stakeholder journeys effectively.
