Urgent Hiring: ELV Sales Engineer & Planning Engineer (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking experienced ELV Sales Engineers and Planning Engineers to join our team in Kuwait. The ELV Sales Engineer will drive business development across low‑voltage, security, IT and AV solutions, while the Planning Engineer will support project scheduling and progress monitoring in a construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ELV, security, IT and AV sectors.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors and end‑users.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Assist senior planning engineer in developing and updating project schedules using Primavera and MS Project.
• Track site progress, generate daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Participate in project meetings and liaise continuously with construction teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and ensure projects stay on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in ELV, security systems, IT, AV or related industries for the sales role.
• 3–5 years of experience as a planning/scheduling engineer in construction for the planning role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence preferred.
