About the role
This freelance position supports AI development for leading tech companies by applying US corporate law expertise. As a US Corporate Attorney AI Trainer, you will generate challenging prompts, evaluate AI‑generated legal solutions, and improve AI reasoning to align with legal standards.
Key responsibilities
- Generate prompts that test AI capabilities in corporate law contexts.
- Evaluate AI‑generated solutions for correctness, assumptions, and logical consistency.
- Improve AI reasoning to adhere to first‑principles and accepted legal standards.
- Apply structured scoring criteria to assess multi‑step problem‑solving.
Required profile
- Degree in law (J.D., LLM, etc.) within the US jurisdiction.
- Minimum 2 years of legal practice experience in US corporate law.
- Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Stable internet connection for remote work.
