About the role
The Vendor Coordinator will manage daily operations for non‑food (NFV) partners on Talabat, ensuring they receive the support needed to succeed. You will act as the main point of contact, performing quality checks and helping partners navigate our platform.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain partner inventory with daily price, stock, SKU, and promotion updates.
- Provide administrative assistance, resolving vendor issues through internal request tools.
- Implement and execute vendor promotions on the Talabat platform.
- Guide vendors in using internal tools and technology for efficient order processing.
- Improve product content quality in both Arabic and English.
- Conduct quality‑control checks for non‑food partners and ensure high partner satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar vendor‑coordination role.
- Strong analytical abilities and data‑analysis skills.
- Fluent Arabic (mandatory) with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Logical and strategic thinking, committed to personal performance and development.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑growing team.
Required skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
