Vendor Coordinator – Non‑Food Partner Management

About the role
The Vendor Coordinator will manage daily operations for non‑food (NFV) partners on Talabat’s platform, ensuring their inventory, pricing and promotions are accurately reflected and that partners receive excellent support.
Key responsibilities
- Update partner inventory, prices, new SKUs and promotions on a daily basis.
- Provide administrative assistance and resolve vendor issues through internal request tools.
- Implement and monitor vendor‑driven promotions on the platform.
- Train partners on Talabat’s internal tools to optimise order processing.
- Maintain and improve product content quality in both Arabic and English.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar vendor‑coordination or partner‑management role.
- Strong analytical ability and data‑driven mindset.
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Logical and strategic thinking, high personal performance standards.
- Organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑growing team.
Required skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
