About the role

The Vice President – Product Strategy & Architecture will shape the future of a next‑generation wealth ecosystem for a leading regional financial institution. Reporting to senior executive leadership, the role defines a three‑year product vision and oversees the architecture of client‑facing applications and internal wealth platforms. It focuses on long‑term direction, scalability and innovation rather than day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise‑wide product strategy for digital client applications and internal wealth platforms.
• Drive end‑to‑end architecture vision, aligning business priorities with scalable technology solutions.
• Anticipate global and regional market trends and translate them into strategic initiatives.
• Establish product strategy frameworks, prioritisation models and long‑term roadmaps.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to shape investment decisions and platform transformation agendas.
• Oversee adoption of modern architecture patterns such as APIs, micro‑services and cloud‑native solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security and data‑governance standards.
• Champion client‑centric design while improving internal efficiency and scalability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on product innovation, platform evolution and competitive positioning.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management or financial services/fintech.
• Proven leadership in product strategy, platform architecture or large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Track record of delivering integrated solutions across client‑facing applications and enterprise platforms.
• Deep understanding of wealth products, advisory models and digital client journeys.
• Strong commercial acumen and an innovation‑driven mindset.
• Ability to influence executive and board‑level stakeholders.
