About the role
Waldorf Astoria Kuwait, a luxury hotel in The Avenues, is looking for a professional, guest-focused Waiter/Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team. The role centres on welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, giving menu recommendations and ensuring a smooth, memorable dining experience in line with Waldorf Astoria's luxury standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Previous Forbes Travel Guide experience is highly preferred.
- Arabic-speaking candidates will be given priority.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette.
- Well-presented, attentive and passionate about hospitality.
