Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead end‑to‑end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment and a safe, high‑performing team. The role will drive productivity, optimise processes and space utilisation, and uphold compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, put‑away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
• Lead, develop and coach warehouse staff to meet productivity, service and safety targets.
• Plan workforce needs, allocate resources and optimise staffing levels.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts and regular audits.
• Monitor inbound and outbound flows to ensure accurate and on‑time order fulfillment.
• Design and implement processes, procedures and performance standards to boost efficiency.
• Optimise warehouse layout and space utilisation.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, turnaround time and error rates.
• Collaborate with transportation, procurement, operations and commercial teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and quality policies.
• Manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other operational tools.
• Prepare operational reports, analyse trends and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in high‑volume environments such as e‑commerce, retail, grocery, FMCG or 3PL.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
