Welding Engineer – Boiler Projects (Kuwait)

About the role

The company is seeking a Welding Engineer to support a power‑station and water‑distillation project in Kuwait. The role focuses on boiler and piping welding activities for a fleet of ten boilers, working within the Project Management Department.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise welding operations for boiler and piping systems.
• Interpret and apply engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Coordinate with the inspection team to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Manage material selection, heat‑treatment processes and equipment maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance to welding crews and monitor progress against project schedules.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5‑8 years of experience in welding for power‑station, water‑distillation or shipyard projects.
• Proven experience with boiler and piping welding.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kuwait and attend final client interviews in India.
