Accountant / Sales Team Lead

About the role

We are a reputable company operating in the Ardhiya Industrial Area, Kuwait, seeking two experienced professionals to join our team: an Accountant and a Sales Team Lead. Both roles are full‑time, onsite positions offering competitive compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Accountant: Prepare and review financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting principles, and manage month‑end closing activities.
• Accountant: Maintain accurate ledgers, process invoices, and support internal audits.
• Sales Team Lead: Drive sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
• Sales Team Lead: Lead and mentor the sales team, develop sales strategies, and monitor performance metrics.

Required profile

• Accountant: B.Com (Finance) or higher, 2‑3 years of accounting experience, strong English communication, basic Arabic is a plus.
• Sales Team Lead: Graduation or MBA, minimum 5 years of sales experience, fluent Arabic speaking, strong communication and system skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
