About the role
We are seeking a qualified Architect who will also act as a BIM Coordinator to support our design and project teams. The role involves creating and managing high‑quality architectural drawings and 3‑D models using Revit, ensuring precision and clear communication of design intent.
Key responsibilities
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documents in Revit.
- Develop and maintain BIM models that integrate architectural, structural, and MEP information.
- Coordinate BIM data across disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure consistency.
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to translate concepts into buildable models.
- Maintain drawing standards and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Registered or qualified architect.
- 3–10 years of professional experience in architectural design and BIM coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow drawing standards.
- Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
