Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Civil Engineer with strong project‑management capabilities to lead our construction projects in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will combine extensive technical expertise in reinforced concrete and structural works with decisive leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full project and site management for construction contracts.
• Manage engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Read, review and coordinate structural and architectural drawings.
• Oversee concrete execution, formwork, reinforcement and quality‑control processes.
• Plan, schedule and monitor progress to meet productivity targets.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on‑site.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in Kuwait/GCC.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with reinforced concrete and structural works.
• Strong ability to read and review structural & architectural drawings.
• Proven track record in full project and site management.
• Deep knowledge of concrete execution, formwork, reinforcement and quality control.
• Demonstrated capability to lead engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Excellent planning, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to take full responsibility for project execution and delivery.
